Gaining Weight…

I was elated to lose about 10 kg in 3 months. However, after losing an additional 2kg, I gained back 3kg after eating “normally” (i.e. taking carbohydrates and sugar again. Hard to resist especially when I love durians and my family likes chicken rice and nasi lemak …)!

Got to start daily morning walks and dieting (no carbohydrates and sugar) again!
