Steamed tapioca with coconut cream


Just steamed some tapioca to dip with coconut cream. Sure takes a long time to soften the roots! Yummy though 🙂

I have no recipes. It’s by “agarism” (i.e. estimation).

A rough walk through how I did it:

1. Skin the Tapioca and slice it.

2. Boil it (It will take a much longer time. Steam instead. It’s steamed tapioca remember?)

3. When tapioca is translucent and soft, add enough sugar to sweeten it. Boil a little longer… say 10min.

4. Heat some coconut cream with 1/2 tsp of salt. Cool it and serve with the tapioca 🙂
