Green Tea Chiffon Cake: 2nd Try

The cake turned out better when baked for 60min instead. However, I still find the cake a little too moist.

Will bake for 70min for the third try.

Noticed that the colour isn’t very consistent. Read from another tester’s blog post, she used mixer on low to incorporate the egg yolk mixture into the meringue. Looks feasible. Will try.
