Easy Ice-cream Muffins

Use 1 cup of melted flavoured ice-cream*, 1 cup of self-raising flour and 1 tbsp of sugar to mix into a lumpy mixture.

Place the mixture into muffin cups and bake in a convection oven for 18min at 180°C.

Very simple to do and easy to clean up.

 

 

This recipe works better than those found on Internet. Try it! 🙂

 

* Don’t use vanilla flavour. I used Haagen Dazs Cappucinno Truffle in this recipe.
