Is 24-hours a day enough for you?

If you are someone like me who needs 8 hours of sleep, 2 hours of travelling time between home and office and about 9 hours in office daily, 011.jpgyou basically have only 5 hours end of each weekday or about 50 hours per week for your family, friends or yourself – unless you can really multi-task or adhere to your plan strictly.

If you are feeling stress from work or family, it could mean you should stop and rest.

  2. After 8 hours’ of sleep and a good breakfast, I’m ready to tackle the challenges for the next 9 hours before doing other things. 🙂

    How to Motivate Yourself?
    1. Make sure you have enough sleep and food first
    2. Understand the problem / issue
    3. See what you can and cannot do about it
    4. Set the right expectation and make realistic goals.
    5. Continue to improve as you do it.
    6. Most important of all, breathe regularly and be Positive whatever is the outcome

  3. I used to be able to survive on 2 hrs sleep a day. For some reason I can’t seem to do that anymore.

  4. I admire people who can still do well despite very little sleep. (meaning they have more time to do more things! How envious!)

    For me, I’ll get irritable the whole day if I don’t sleep well.
