What a nice name – Pink Poui

I like Pink Poui or Rosy Trumpet Tree.

Especially when it’s in full bloom and there’s wind, you’ll see those pink flowers float beautifully down to the ground.

When wind has stopped, bottom of the tree will be strewned with a magic carpet of sweet pink flowers.

A closer look at those flowers – pretty aren’t they?

This tree was spotted at the location shown as “x” shown in the map.

Have you ever seen such a lovely sight in Singapore? 🙂

  1. These flowers are beautiful. Pretty much every tree in my estate is this species, and when they start to fall the whole place is just coated with a layer of pink. It’s lovely.

  2. Really? Where’s the estate? I’ll go and see!
