After seeing doctor on Thursday, I bought 2 small bean curds from the wet market for S$0.50.
One for my mother and one for me.
“Why soak bean curd in water? These are to be pan-fried for lunch anyway.”
“To prevent them from turning bad, silly girl.”
Ha… silly girl doesn’t do housework that’s why. Anyway, is it true? I don’t know. Simply followed my mum’s instructions.
That’s my lunch on Thursday.
Pan-fried bean curd dipped in light soy sauce that has chopped garlic added to it and to go with plain porridge.
I like smaller bean curd cos more areas will be browned and it tastes good! 🙂
