I’d take long walks (1-2 hours) along quiet roads. Perhaps hum/whistle a happy song to keep me company along the way. And probably pray a silent prayer as an outlet for my frustrations.

1. pass citylights 2. dine in carlton hotel yum cha 3. go to the gym 4. date someone new

I agree working out at a gym helps.
