What do you do when you feel down and stressed?

I would do any of the following:

  1. Hug someone
  2. Walk non-stop
  3. Sleep

What would you do?

  1. I’d take long walks (1-2 hours) along quiet roads. Perhaps hum/whistle a happy song to keep me company along the way. And probably pray a silent prayer as an outlet for my frustrations.

  2. Enjoy a facial or spa. 🙂

  3. I prefer to hug my son when I feel down and stressed out. 🙂

    I agree working out at a gym helps.
